WOAH! YOU GUYS ARE NUTTERS!
GET ME OUTTA HERE!

Links? Erm. We'll probably get round to doing a nice page for this soon. For now, why not try going to:

The UK Fortress News Desk: For all TF News things in the UK, surprisingly. Also contains the Messageboard of Doom (actual name may differ). Here you can frequently find several members of SG showing off their excellent command of the English language by zealously insulting anyone who disagrees with them. Why not drop on by and let the world know how great you think SG are? The site is maintained by Camel, Brasseye, Bazerka, Mobius and your favourite Spice Girl newsie, Horus! The UKFN also gave a right royal spanking recently to Clan Planetfortess, thereby proving themselves the premier TF site on the Net. It also ran an exclusive TF2 preview (written by me, as it happens...) in mid-Septmeber, so head on over and check that baby out.

The UK Who's Who Page: Officially part of the UKFN site, and put together by our very own Bear. Want to know what we look like, what our favourite animals and hobbies are (often overlapping areas, these...), or the names of our imaginary friends? Then go here! If you're a TF'er in the UK Clan scene, you can even get an entry yourself. Here's your chance to show everyone that you're not the spotty geek you come across as!

Defence Corps for Unreal: Seeing as how Matt did such a great job designing the site, I let him put this one in. Apparently this is "The best Unreal modification ever! Destined for greatness, a TF-like teamplay mod where you umm...blow stuff up...and shoot stuff...etc. Run by CiderPunk and DrDebug which goes some way to explaining why its mentioned here and gets such a favourable review." Yeah, quite. Shame Unreal Multiplayer is such pants, eh?

PlanetFortress: This is where it's at. Maintained by such sex-machines as Bundy (of TF Patrol fame), and The Hal (of, er, 2001: A Space Oddysey fame. Allegedly), this is the center of all things TF on the Net. Part of the little-known PlanetQuake chain of sites, it's a one-stop-shop for TF news, files, and cool stuff. We like them because they gave us first prize in their Silly Screenshot Competition, and also because a UKFN team (with a heavy SG presence) recently spanked them in an exhibition match by 20 caps to 4 (despite the whole of the PF team being LPB!) They also host lots of cool sites, like....:

CFTF: Don't ask me what CFTF stands for, I've no idea. This is perhaps best described as an "alternative" news site. You get the news, you just get it, er differently. It's run by the erstwhile Billings, and the strangely named Guido Jones (both of whom are top lads, despite being from the Deep South and therefore probably in-bred.). It's full of rants, a "Midnight Special" section, and a cool RA show called "What the Hell is happening?" hosted by Billings and Ace Ass.

Fortress Brimstone: Run by the honorable No Kami (formerly the not-quite-so-honourable Sentinel), this is another PlanetFortress-hosted site. It deals with TF stuff from No Kami's point of view, which is definitely something worth paying attention to these days. It also has a messageboard where we all go for a bit of Yank-baiting occasionally, and was where the crucible of pre-game banter for the recent UKFN - Planetfortress match took place. No Kami was the spy who feigned in our basement for five minutes not realising he had the flag, and we don't intend to let him forget it.

SailorScout's Gaming Centre: (although he spells "Centre" wrong there). Great site for general Quake/gaming news. There's also quite a bit of stuff related to hardware, 3D, etc etc. Basically, if you like gaming, you'll probably be interested in the stuff he has to tell you. Oh, and he's also a big Spice Girls fan (both the clan and the wondrous music quartet)! One warning before you go there: mute your midi input. He has a different god-awful midi playing in the background every week that whacks your volume up to max and makes everyone else in the office stare at you while you frantically try and open the Window's Volume Control Panel because you speakers don't have knobs on. Sheesh.

More links added when I can be arsed. Check back when you get a minute in your oh-so busy schedule. You slacker. Too much time on your hands, eh? You make me sick! Go and do some real work for a change, damn you! Jesus, the youth of today, mumble mumble.
